If you don't know much about restorations, and don't want to dump truck loads
of money into it, find something that is not a rot bucket and needs minimal
work. I did a frame off on my 70 and that car was a rot bucket. I ended up
spending 3 years and almost $25,000 on it. If you can afford to buy a car
that has a decent body and decent interior go for it. Around here where I am
they can go anywhere from 1000-2000.
