Go to www.sd2000.com or www.goautocenter.com and look for the
goodwrench 350. This is a "stock" replacement motor. I've seen it
quoted in different ads as anything from 220-275 horsepower. GM
reasoning was they don't know what intake carb you will use so they can't
quote an exact figure. NO flexplate, balancer, intake, carb included.
Several magazines have added cams, & gotten impressive horsepower
numbers. I've also heard of lots of folks who are VERY happy with it as
a replacement motor for a driver, including one fool I work with who put
it in his late 70's vette.
