Got a call from my mechanic, it seems that the rear axle bearing in my 69 Elky may have gone dry. He said that there is oil in the passenger side brake drum and I may have to replace the rear axle. If so can anyone tell me what axles can be swapped (i.e. chevelle, Monte, etc...).
Also is this a common problem or am I just the unlucky one.
