Not to mention that the company(s) that sell Hot Rod are incredibly
rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.

They scammed me out of 3 years worth of subscriptions! After 3 calls in
2 years, I finally caught on.
Here's the conversation:

Him: Hi, blah blah, your subscription is about to run out. do you want
to renew for $14.95.
Me: Sure, $14.95 is cheap enough. Hmmmm Now when does my subscription
run out?
Him: Soon.
Me: When?
Him: welllllll, I don't really know (yeah right). Would you like to
renew?
Me: Fine, it's cheap enough.

The 3rd or 4th time, I actually got into a pissing match with the a-hole
on the other end. He was actually yelling at me, and threatening me,
and asking me "what are you going to do about it, huh? you can't find
me here".
He refused to connect me to a manager, then claimed he was the manager.

Amazing....
