If the bad guys are brain washed by their religious leaders into believing 
that they will go straight to Heaven if they die in the act of a holy war, 
there's little you can do to discourage others from following in their shoes. 
Little except kill all those who are at the top and are orchestrating the 
terrorist acts that is.
