Folks, As you most of you know, I have been trying to nail down a transmission to go behind a 383 in my 65 El Camino. Well, I think I might have found one, but the seller is not sure what he has. He thinks it's a M22, but all he can give me is this number. => 392566 I have been looking at a few of your guys's websites that list production numbers for the Muncies, but I am not seeing this number match up. Am I missing something? Is there another location of where the 'main' number might be if this isn't it? Thanks all, Graham.
