The parts I got came from a Pontiac, I know because I helped take'em off. The only difference I found was in "trim" pieces like the vent window handle and mirrors are different. From the looks of it though the interchange probably works best with the doors only. Maybe some body panel pieces but not all since I did notice subtle differences. The cars do physically look alot alike though. I would think most "A" bodies would interchange various pieces.
