There are a few places I can think of.  First is the usual Chevy rear
window rust problem.  I've seen this on Chevelles and Camaros.  The
sheetmetal around the rear window allows water to collect and it will
rust out.  You might be able to see this from the trunk, as the whole
panel behind the window rusts as well.  My Chevelle has this in the
right rear, where any rain would make puddles in the right rear.

There are also some body seals.  I presently have some issues with the
front body seal.  I get a drip on my feet when it rains.  The water runs
down the windshield and under the cowl, then into the body just above
the pedals.

Another possibility is that the window seals are not sealing.  Water
might just be leaking around the seal.  This would be the easiest to
fix.

You can check most of these with the hose test.  Get in the car with a
flashlight and have someone play the hose around the windows to see if
you can detect a leak.
