With the talk of underground pits, we have a relatively new lube shop a few blocks away and they have a huge underground work pit to service four vehicles at once, complete with huge oil storage tanks. Maybe there's been a regulation update to allow them? One way in/out. Wouldn't want to be down there if there was an eruption of one of the tanks, that's for sure.
