I know where the mounts are for the front.  All the Chevelles have the
mounting holes on the roof, just about the middle of the rear window.  I
just don't know if the Chevelle belts will work with a car seat that is
designed for the single three point belt.  

Has anyone put in a unified three point belt into a '67?
