I use Outlook Express and have XP. I do not know if this will fix your
problem in Outlook, but look under,
Tools/Option/Security-set to Internet Explore(less secure)
to see if this fixes the problem. I have not tried to send an executable
file so I do not know if this will fix it.  Let us know.
