In defence of Ground-Up, I generaly buy my parts from Year-One, but the couple of times I bought from Ground-Up, the one time I had a problem, a simple phone call was all it took to resolve it. I sent the parts back, they sent me a check. I would imagine thats all you need to do, there has to be a mistake somewhere, because a business that would practice to decive does not stay in business very long!
