The trans you are talking about I believe is called a T5 and the fifth gear is an over drive but they are known for being week and if it were me I would not get it. If you are seriously looking at a 5 or 6 speed swap take a look at Richmond. If you ordered the 305, it came with a 5 speed. If you ordered the 350, you had no choice but the 700R4 because the 5 speed wasn't strong enough.
