1850? Nah, it's junk.. just wrap it up and ship it my way.. ;-) The 1850 is a 600 CFM carb like you said and probably the most common aftermarket carb out there. Single feed fuel inlet, square-bore, with non-adjustable secondaries. They are good carbs and can be easily upgraded to dual-inlet and adjustable secondaries. I run one of these carbs on my 350-powered El Camino. Simple and reliable (I'm am a decided Holley fan, though). You said the carb and intake were on a 454-- that's fine as long as there isn't much more than a stock cam in there. The Performer RPM intake will support 11-12 second passes, but you'd probably need at least a 750 cfm carb to go that fast on a 454. Anything else you want to know? -Dave -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Craig & Cerena Robertson Sent: Friday, March 01, 2002 1:26 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [Chevelle-List] Holley Carb Sorry the Holley carb on mu intake is a Holley 1850-3 600 CFM.
