Lakewood is the brand name that I am familiar with.  Pretty sure that
Summit and probably Jegs have them.  I checked the one in my shed - for
small block chevy - and the hole for tranny is 4 11/16 inch+/- .   It may
be difficult to open it up more than 1/8 inch or so.   The pivot for the
clutch fork is very close to the hole.  Don't know how much different 
the B/B is in this area.
