I went with the GW upper arms and bushings. Also used their bushings in
my lower arms. Spindles from 86 Caprice wagon (12") , calipers from
75/6 camaro. Hoses too. I agonized over which calipers to use. I
didn't know if there were 12" specific calipers. NO! GM made very
small changes in calipers over the years. They mount the same, The most
significant change, was that I believe (but am still not 1000% sure)
that they changed the hose threads to a metric thread about 78. I also
had a difficult time with hoses. I'd heard that 72 grand prix hoses are
slightly longer, but when I checked part #'s at www.advanceautoparts.com
they were the same as for my 72 elky originals. The camaro hoses are a
bit longer, but they are tight at full extension.
