I'm pretty sure that you can, but you must use a  matching rotor (11").  
  The only question is the ball joint that was used in 80, but I'm almost
positive that TA used the same  taper BJ  as a  b-body.    Your best bet,
is call global west & talk with Doug.  Or hotchkis if you want to use
theirs.     I had a couple of questions when I installed his system and 
doug   went out of the way to make sure that I understood everything.

What is your ultimate goal?   I know of someone who was successful in
swapping to tall spindles without using either GW or hotchkis control
arms.    He has a web site detailing everything.
