[Chevelle-List] Front Springs Question ?

Just removed the upper and lower control arms today.  I was told to pick up a rubber cap that goes over the front springs, (not between) thats about a 1/2 inch or so, thick that would help raise the front end.  Can anyone tell what this part may be called.  Not sure what to ask for at the auto store. Then I need to clean up the parts and replace the ball joints. Thanks   Craig
