The key is _GM of Canada_. While some have the same names and
probably the same color, none of the codes match. In 64, GM of US used the
three number code and not letter codes as in 65 and up. GM of US had 15
colors available, GM of Canada apparently had 18 colors. Diplomat Blue
Metallic, Sunfire Red Metallic and Skyline Blue don't appear in the US
paint availability charts.
