Thanks for the comments. All are well taken. I'm almost 54 and this is my 4th 65 SS. I don't have another 30 years to wait or dream about restoring one. So I bought one done to tinker with and change over the years. Most of all I can fulfill my dream and enjoy the car. The looks I get are incredible. Not as the builder cause most people don't care. Just having the guts to do something in life that many men would love to do. I'm not totally helpless. Just an old mid 1960's drag racing shadetree who got tired of waiting for a miracle.
