RE: [Chevelle-List] Brake Job

I'm finally going to bleed the brakes and the clutch tomorrow, but I could need some help.   from the master there are two outlets, one 3/16" and one 1/4". the 1/4" line goes directly to the proporting valve on the frame while 3/16" line goes through a valve or something like that placed right under the master, it has a inlet an outlet and a button on the backside which was covered by a rubber cap.   I hope I explained it well enough and that someone could tell me what it is ?!?!?   Thanks   Andr�
