I think it's your car, do what you want. I am a purest and prefer to restore
to original; BUT I am going to put headers on and most likely a better sound
system than was originally supplied. But hey, people buy kits for Cobra's,
'32 F@rd buckets, etc. and have fun with them. But, most of those guys will
tell you "it's a kit" and not try to pass them off as the real deal! Your
decision should be, will I be happy 2-3 years down the road with what I do
today?

i would like to know if people on this list think it is ok to do a clone
SS? or does everybody have  100% real Super Sports?  is it ok as long as
you do not try to sell it as a real SS ?   i'm getting my 69 painted
next week, and have to decide soon if i want the SS emblems on it?
i just got back into cars and have been out of it for eighteen years, so
i'm not sure what is acceptable?  thank's Tom
