that is great. not all cars have to be 600 HP. go for it. i don't think anyone on here thinks less of your car cuz it has a 6 . we are all chevelle nuts. what else matters. sure some have to have the big HP. some want them all pure. the SS thing? well myself I'm cloning the mother of all CHEVELLES. the Z16 the start of the SS396. mine is going to look like one but be all late model running gear (454/th400 with gear vendor OD, f**d 9 inch, 4 wheel disc  brakes) I'm taking a factory power window /ac/tilt wheel car) that really wasn't a muscle car and making a pro street Z16. if people knew what i have into this crate the would say I'm nuts. well i am. you name an option available in 65 and I have it. But you know what? I really don't care what anyone else thinks. it is my car. Many of the parts I am putting on were z16 only parts.
