I'd go to a glass co first & then a body shop if the glass place can't
help.  The track (if actually broken - not loose) will need to come from
a salvage yard.  Or maybe you can find one at www.chevelles.com .  
People will be more willing to talk with you if you have the repair part
in hand.   You can't just call the parts store and say send one over.   
You definitely don't want to mess with a dealer.
