My .02. My local Chevelle Parts/restoration house owner and good freind.
shared with me a delima over a year ago regarding GM and it;s new "
Licensing Inforcement"
aka Gestapo.
He was forced to remove the red Bow-tie from all signs, business cards and
order forms. He was ordered to refrain from and cease all writen and oral
referances, statements ie. Orginial GM , GM parts.
This under threat of litigation.
He was also contacted after removel of such GM tradmarked sings ( they had
pictures.video) He could use GM trademarkd in the fucture if he entered
into a " Licensing Agreement with GM" !!!!!
