Rear is easy. Jack the car up by the frame or jack it up under the diff and put jackstands under the frame. Let the rear hang. Shouldn't be much force left in the springs. Can probably squeeze it enough with your hands or pry at it with a tire iron or something. If all alse fails, removing the shock on that side will allow the rear to drop enough for the spring to almost fall out.
