Hey Chuck,
You were absent on today's episode of HP TV. Was that because you were at the ACES event?

You could tell it was hard for your buddy to cover an all Chevy event in Florida.

Steve,
My contract calls for me to produce 17 shows, and I think that was #18 of 22 total HPTV sghows that we give to the network.  Anyway, Joe gets to finish off the season by himself.  I've done all 22 shows in the past, and with all that's going on with ACES and other endeavors I'm involved in, it just got to be too much.  Joe's an employee of the company (RTM Productions), while I'm an independent contractor.  That way I keep from getting those "last-minute" calls saying : "You need to be in California with a crew tomorrow... your plane leaves in two hours."  Cutting back to 17 shows allows me to stay on track with the Chevelle club (ACES), and leave most of the summer free to travel to our ACES events and keep the magazine (Chevelle World) coming out on time.  I still help out behind the scenes, however, as the upcoming engine buildup with Warren Johnson was largely produced by me, although I couldn't take the entire week to spend in the studio, since that's about how long each episode takes to tape.  'Preciate you noticing my absence, though!

Chuck
