Here in california its you take the classes, then take the written test, and then you have your permit for six months. passenger must be over 25. Then you get your license after you take the driving exam, and then its nobody in the car for 6 months unless there is somebody 25 in passenger seat. after that its normal, except the curfew is midnight.
