[Chevelle-List] Hood release

I'm having a bit of trouble with my hood release on my '70 Chevelle. Does anyone know which models will interchange. The part I'm talking about is the release assembly spans from the grille opening reinforcement to the radiator brace and includes the pull arm that actuates the hood release. Can I use one from any 68 to 72? Will a '72 Monte Carlo assembly work? Anybody have one of those slick parts interchanges manuals???   Craig
