Dale/Donnie, The numbers in question are most likely Fisher body manifest numbers... I've seen them before and they tie in to numbers found on the build sheet/body broadcast sheet. As for the "BF" found on the cowl tag, that was the plant designation for the Fremont, California assembly plant, and was used from late '65 through '69. Hope this helps...
