What heads did you swap on to your 454?
It had "peanut port" heads on it before from a 1993 engine. I put a set on with some bigger intake runners although not as big as they should be. It still needs bigger valves too. The ones on there are 2.065/1.725 and I want 2.19/1.88's on it. I think it should hit the 12.40's with the right size slicks on it.
