Yes they do exist! I have a friend who has a totaly documented 66SS that he purchased from the original owner, he has every piece of paper work from the time the car was ordered new, to it's first oil change, builds sheets, pop, you get the picture. It is part of the option code Z19 comfort and convenience package, when you do find one for sale, the correct one, not the ones for the full size chevy, and the people who have them for sale know what thay are worth, you will pay upwards of $700.00 for a nos piece, or an original in perfect condition, but yes remote mirrors came on Chevelles.
