Hey guys.. Anyone running a vortec headed 350? I'm considering building a replacement 350 for my blown-up bearing L48 block and using Vortec heads for the bang-for-the-buck factor... Apparently Car Craft's Sept 2002 issue had a budget Vortec 350 buildup but in my mish-mash of magazines I can't find it! I've found every other issue within two months of September (just got my current issue in the mail) but for some reason I can't find it! Argh! Anyone with a scanner interested in helping me out with a scanned copy of those pages? :)
