If you are going to have the booster replated with the
original gold (Zinc Dichromate) then I would highly recommend you talking to
Steve Gregori at http://www.brakeboosters.com/ .
He has an advertisement in Hemming's Motor News every
month. I believe he only does GM boosters. Had my booster
rebuilt/replated, turned out great ! On the website it
states "do not sandblast the parts". The cost was very
reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results.
