Not that this is gospel, but I found this on the net. In fairness, I will say that Caprice is not listed until 1966 on the NADA guide

you are right! My bad. for some reason I cannot picture a 1965 caprice. I don't even believe my 1965 dealer 1/2 car models has a caprice on it.
