Jason, the panel under the window is the only piece that my body man had to hassle a bit with on my 69 El Camino. It has to be cut to size and it does not come with the rivets that the molding clips attach to. He had to tap holes and thread little screws into it and tack-weld them from the back so that there would be some studs to attach the molding clips to.
