Good luck! Not to be too negative, but the two systems are both computer controlled. You will need to do some research to see if there were any stand alone computer modules you can use. Antilock is more likely to be a system you could buy all the parts for and figure a way to get it to work. You will need wheel sensors, the accumulator, and computer at the least. There may be more to the system than I know of. But I have to ask why? As for the Airbag, this is one I would not think would be reasonable. Not only are there sensors in the bumper to detect an impact, but there are accelerometers that have signatures tuned to the individual car. SO I am not sure if you could safely use any computer control for an Airbag.
