We have had our 67 Nova up on 4 stands for about 3 years....We use heavy duty jack stands, that the base are wider than a average stand. Never had any problems. When I work on mine, and need to have it all in the air, since 4 stands are under the nova, I still have 2 more, So i put those under the rear axle, and then put ramps under the front tires...i usually put one facing front, and one facing back, so it hopefully wont roll away if something did happen.
