every resto parts supplier has those IE Ground Up, Year One, OPG, etc.  The proportioning valves rarely go bad and the distribution block really can't go bad either unless it has rust in it which is highly unlikey.  If I were you, I would replace all of the hard lines, hoses, Master Cylinder and take the prop valve and distribution block and blow them out with compressed air.  After you blow them out, then pour some new brake fluid in them and blow them out again to flush out any contaminants.
