Gino... you probably have the caliper sticking on the left side. The fluid is probably way over heated.... try flushing out the brake system and getting new fluid in and disassemble the front left and see if the caliper returns. If it does... try cleaning and lubricating the slides and put her back together and see if it sticks again. If it does or the caliper doesn't return you will either need to rebuild it or get a new caliper. I highly recomend Raybestos calipers as most of the others I have used come back with problems. It is the only calipers I will put on the cars I work on at the shop. Good luck.

Took the Elky out for a drive yesterday, now that I got my driver's window, and noticed the car pulled to the left a little when I'd step on the brakes kinda hard. I checked the brake fluid on it, and it had to be the worse looking brake fluid I had ever seen! It looked just like mud!

So what would be the best and easiest way to replace the fluid? Open up the bleeders and start pumping? Basting the fluid out? Also, what would cause the car to pull to the side during hard braking? It has been converted to power disk brakes, seems like donor parts. Maybe in need of a proportioning valve?

Thanks,

Gino
