How about with a year old rebuilt 350 with stock rebuilt 76cc heads 9:1 comp. and mildly ported daily driven '70 Malibu w/ one legger 10 bolt w/ 3.07 gears & dual 2" exhaust w/ headers, edlebrock performer intake w/ edlebrock 600cfm carb? Would the single pattern or dual pattern be better? Thinking about comp high energy 268 (single pattern) .454  lift & i think 112 lsa or crane 272 energizer (single pattern) .454 lift 110 lsa or maybe crane powermax 272 -.454 intake/.480 exhaust. Are these too much for daily drivers? I've got the crane 260 energizer w/ .440 lift & 110 lsa now and want a little more. (That darn horsepower bug.) Will I have to change valve springs and torque converter if I go to the powermax? Any recomendations? experiences? Want to beat at least mildly modified pesky mustangs too. Those stupid litttle engines make too much power and they all sound the same. Sorry, just venting.
