hey Denny , sounds like your in a real jam, , if  i was in  your shoe's i  would first check and make sure all your bulb are working   your inside turn light, then i would start  swapping out the hazard switch and   turn signals switch, you said you swap out the dash harness check that union where they split back to the bulb's, also the replacement column might be wired different, double  check all your connection make sure there not upside down also check the instrument ground wire
