There was a thread like this on the Team Chevelle Tech Board. Someone was holding hostage the POP for an L89 car. The guy wanted $2500 for it. Long story short, the current owner got it but not at that price tag. Believe it or not, there can be legality issues with something like this. All paperwork is supposed to be kept with a car when it is sold. I had the buildsheet to another 70 I had a few years ago and it went with the car. It does me no good to keep it since I sold the car.
