Just MHO but most upholstery shops would just toss these things in the trash without a second thought. It's only been in the last few years that ANYONE cared about build sheets. On top of that, I think you can buy them made to order over the internet - just like cowl tags. If I owned that build sheet, I would sell it like any other piece of vintage Chevelle gear to the highest bidder and put the money toward a nice set of aluminum heads. I don't see anything wrong or objectionable about this lady selling this thing. She could have just as easily crumpled it up, tossed it, and thought no more of it.
