I got the same response from Haggerty, they said my daily driver was too old.  At the time I had a 95 Camaro and an 85 El Camino.  I went with J.C. Taylor Antique Automobile Agency, Inc. (800) 345-8290.  They are out of Upper Darby, Pa and have a booth at every car show and swap meet I have ever been to.  You get to set your own values and limits.  I pay 71.00 dollars a year.   There are annual mileage concerns but they are all very reasonable.  Worth a look.
