[Chevelle-List] Ignition switch removal and testing

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble starting my 67.  The ignition switch seems to have 
a poor connection, so it doesn't start easily. Bypassing that switch 
makes it start up easily.  How do I get the ignition switch out of 
the dash, so I can test it and its connections?
