Thanks Phil but I don't think I will pursue any legal action. I think it would be more time and heartache than it would be worth, and unless the judge is knowledgeable about old cars, there's a chance I wouldn't even win anything. I think the best thing I can do is get it buffed out, enjoy it a little, and maybe get it redone again at some point by somebody who will actually do a good job, or just sell it. I don't have any time to play around and even if I won in court I would probably have to put a lien on Ron's house or something in order to get paid. I seriously doubt that he has the cash. I think the best thing I can do is chalk it up as a bad experience and move on to better things.

There's so much camaraderie & integrity in this sport of muscle cars, it really bothers me to see someone spoil it. If you can't negotiate with the guy to your satisfaction, SUE HIM!!
