Yep,Chuck's right about the CB'03 forecast last week. Everyone kept
expecting it to rain but all it ever did was sprinkle a few times. Man,it
was kinda funny watching some people hurriedly putting their cars back in
the trailers.
Another thing,Texas had a three year drought end just a year or so ago. Our
lakes got down to less than 30% capacity. After that experience,I try not to
complain about rain anymore.
