soak it with PB Blaster then cut a slot in it. Use a big flat head screw driver to turn it.

I was about to change the rear brakes, cylinders & lines but
the right brake line connection on top of the rear axel
is stuck & the "bolt" round!
Any good ideas how to loosen this bolt?
