Hi Phil, Glad to hear you found your leaks. Water on the outside is one thing, but on the inside sucks! Good move filing the trailer idea away. Before I transferred from Phoenix to Tampa I bought a trailer, it turned out to be cheaper than renting one. Right now a co-worker is using it to haul hay and he's storing it indefinately for me - there's no place to keep it at my townhouse!
I should be getting the new rad next week some time so if anyone is interested in a slightly used 4 row brass/copper rad for a 66 let me know ($200 + shipping obo). Once I replaced my screwed up thermostat, it kept my big block cool on Power Tour. Going down the highway it typically ran around 180-185 and in traffic with the A/C running it ran (believe it or not) as low as 172 to 180. About trailers, now that I know I leak, I plan to watch the weather channel even closer and stay out of the rain. A little spritzy shower if caught won't hurt to bad. It was so beautiful driving yesterday, I think I'll tuck the trailer thing in the back of my head & just enjoy the rest of the summer. Got a lot of cleaning up to do this weekend so not going to any shows. Especially since I was learning to judge front & rear suspensions, exhaust systems & undercarriages. Damn all that &%#&+@ RAIN.
